I have the Home Hub 4000 and have an issue with the port forwarding page not opening. When I click the Port forwarding option the webpage greys out and shows a loading wheel. After several seconds the loading page disapears and nothing opens. I've retried clicking it and waited for several minutes but cannot get the port forwarding page to open. Is there something blocked or could it be an issue with the router?

Hi @Serpent,
Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your message.
We wanted to check in to see if you are still having trouble accessing the Port Forwarding section in your modem GUI.
If so we recommend trying a few things to start with:
- Reboot your modem.
- Clear cookies & cache and reboot your computer/device.
- Connect a device directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable, and try to access Port Forwarding.
Please keep us posted.
