How do I get 5 Ghz on my cell phone?

How do I get 5 Ghz on my cell phone? I can only see 2.4 GHZ

I have a Samsung Galaxy A 51.     I have a modem 3000     My modem is set for both 2.4 and 5GHZ

Great, thank you for letting us know @vernglo.

The Galaxy A51 is dual band ready. If your phone is only connecting to the 2.4GHz frequency it is most likely that is the strongest signal, and your phone will always connect to the strongest signal first.
