How do I view all my past IP addresses?

Your modem/router might keep logs on which IP the DSL was registered to. Usually the modem's logs/UI is accessible by navigating to its IP through your browser.

How do I access these “logs” of all past IP addresses? Which tool below shall I click?

I do not believe the home hub provides that information. You could look under system logs but I doubt it keeps a record of all past IP's assigned to you.

Why do you need the list of previously assigned IP's?

Welcome to the Bell Community Foum.
All readily available system log information that is maintained is located & stored in the Tools & Settings section of your Bell Hub / Giga Hub. To access the System logs, login to your modem. Select > Advanced tools & settings. Select > System logs. Select / Deselect > Viewing options for Export.

Take care.
