Hi,

I would like to know how to delete devices for my bell home hub 4000 wifi network? A clean up is needed (old devices that are no longer used nor in my possession, one time visitors, etc.)

Thanks 🙏

How to Delete or Forget Disconnected devices

Log in to your modem using a web browser.

  1. Enter the following in the address bar: 192.168.2.1
  2. Select > My Devices
  3. If prompted, enter your modem administrator password. Unless you have changed it, the default password is the serial number located on the sticker on the back of the modem.
  4. This will take you to all of your devices that are connected. At the bottom of this window, you can choose to Forget all Disconnected devices, Show or Hide disconnected devices. You can manually select to delete each device or delete them all.
  5. Follow the screen prompts & Exit
