I need to configure PROXY setting

Where can I find the proper settings to configure properly a connexion using a Proxy server.

In the past it was part of normal configuration, of all internet connexions. I need to use it for a specific software. 

Basically I need the address and port of the Bell Internet Proxy Server, for wired connections.

If Bell operates a proxy server, wouldn't the IP address show up in auto proxy discovery (Windows, macOS) when you're setting it up?

I am not aware of Bell providing a proxy server services for a phone or a residential internet plan. You might have to use a third party proxy.
