I was sent a new Bell Modem 3000. My current modem is Bell 2000.
After 2 calls into technical support, MANY staircase climbs and unplugging/replugging of old equipment, new equipment and the Bell FIBE TV equipment - I'm getting the message 'NO INTENET'.
The internet is WAY more important than FIBE TV - which I rarely watch.
On the 2000, there is a coaxial cable connection. On the 3000, there is no place to connect the coaxial cable. The 2nd rep I talked to, said I didn't need to the coaxial cable, that the WAN connection handled everything. Sorry bell, don't believe it. I think there needs to be a FIBE cable linked to the 3000.
Luckily, reinstalling the 2000 and the previous connections, including the coaxial cable has restored everything. Any tips and tricks would be appreciated. I'm fairly sure that a service all by a FIBE experienced installer will be needed.

There are 3 ways to connect the home hub 3000:
- Copper service
- Bonded copper service
- Fiber.
See here for wiring diagram. Based on your description you do not have fiber, so you will need to use copper or bonded copper wiring diagram.

Good Day.
Thank you for posting your question. As you know, this is a peer-to-peer website. We do not have access to your account and equipment records.
The HPNA port on the Bell HH 2000 if connected was used to connect a coaxial cable for your Fibe TV receivers. It is no longer used on the Bell Home Hub 3000.
Your TV receivers can connect to your Home Hub 3000 by way of a wired ethernet or wireless connection.
The yellow ports on a Bell modem are Ethernet LAN ports for wired connections.
How to replace your Home Hub 3000 modem
Based on the information provided, I would contact Bell Fibe TV tech support and have the service representative open up a trouble ticket. You very well may need a tech visit in order to replace your HH 2000 with the HH 3000 modem. For further assistance, please call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)
Take care.
