Keyboard covers what I am typing and unable to scroll in email

When typing a long email the keyboard covers what I am typing. Also cannot scroll down to see the email I am responding too. New issue I didn't have before.

Thank you for posting your question. Can you please provide us with further information & specific details?

  1. How are you accessing your Bell email account? E.g. Edge, Safari, Google, etc.
  2. Are you using a computer? If so, which operating system? Microsoft Windows 10 or 11, Safari, Linux, etc.
  3. Are you accessing your email with a tablet or device?
  4. Are you using an email client? Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.

There are any number of factors that limit what is visible to you on your viewing area. For example, if you are accessing Bell webmail with a browser, you can adjust the window size, text size, etc.

Have you rebooted your device recently? If not, please do so. Please verify that your operating system & apps are fully up to date. Have made any recent adjustments to your screen display, such as text size, window area, resolution, device settings, etc.
