Trouble creating a guest wifi password

When I access the bell.ca/mymodem site the guest wifi info is not as bold (quite transparent indicating it is unavailable) as the main login info. How do I access or share access to the guest network if it is unavailable?

Also, the website itself is showing as insecure according to Google Chrome.

Anyone have these issues?

Good Day.

That is correct. 192.168.2.1 will show up as "Not secure" in the web address bar. This is the IP address that allows you to access the Bell modem. Your modem is secure!

After logging in to your modem, & selecting Manage my Wi-Fi, could you please confirm:

  1. That your Primary Wi-Fi network radio button is turned to: On.
  2. Within the Guest Wi-Fi network tab, have you turned the radio button from Off > On? If not, please do so.
  3. Have you input the name and password you wish your Guest network to have?
  4. Did you save your changes before exiting?

Take care.

Seems if I use the Desktop version of the site the toggle switches are visible and usable for the Guest Wifi, but not while on the Mobile version of the page.

Thank you for your help.
