Good evening @Ahmadwehbe,
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Bell Community.
Can you share a photo of the error message that you are getting so we can take a closer look?
Do you have any third party security software already installed on your computer? If you do, it must be removed prior to installing Bell McAfee.
We also recommend running the Pre Install tool which will clean up the system to allow for a clean install, and will also ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements.
Just follow the steps below.
- Use this Pre Install link
and save the file to your desktop - Double-click McPreInstall.exe
- Click Start inside the Preinstall Tool
- Read the warning message and click OK
- After the tool is done, click OK
- Click Close and restart your computer
- Once you have completed this, attempt to install McAfee again
Let the Community know how everything is going.
