I have a Gigahub router and 2 wifi 6E pods in my home. My wifi speeds are 800 mbps or higher in some locations. When I turn on NordVPN the speeds drop consistently to 150-100 mbps across all devices. I tried another VPN service and had the same result. It appears to me the massive speed drop is on Bell's end. Are there any settings in the Gigahub that I need to adjust or some other issue?

This is perfectly normal as the speed will be determined by the VPN server's capabilities, which are typically well below 800 Mbps.

Yes NordVPN says approximately 30% drop in speed. My device is connected using ethernet and the speed is 850 mbps without a VPN. With the VPN on the max I've seen is 175 mbps that is a 80% loss.

I've also tried numerous devices ipads, firesticks, laptops, and phones. I also tried another commercially available VPN all with the same result which leads me to believe it is something on my end or my ISP.

Yes, between what they say and reality are 2 different things. This is true for most VPN services.

If you get proper speed without a VPN, and much lower speed with a VPN, it's the VPN service.
I don't know of any "commercial" VPN service that does provide speeds like 3/3 or even 1/1.
See here for a VPN speed comparison of a bunch of VPN providers.
Or here for another speed comparison.
