How do I connect MyBell App with my Wi-Fi app

Please elaborate & explain.

These are independent apps that you can download to your your devices.

You can not connect them to together. The Wi-Fi App looks at devices connected to your Wi-Fi, etc. , access & control.

The MyBell App is completely independent of the Wi-Fi App & deals with your account, services, billing, etc.

MyBell app lets you manage all of your Bell services any time, anywhere, from the moment you order them.

E.g.  View your mobility usage, change your TV programming, billing, etc.

The Bell Wi-Fi app lets you control, manage and monitor your home Wi-Fi network from anywhere at any time. Features include: manage your Wi-Fi network name and password, user & device control, etc.

I think I have the same issue as this user. Just got Bell router setup. Downloaded the WiFi app and it told me to create an account and had me download the MyBell app for that. Now when I try to log in to the WiFi app using the new account information, it gives me the following error message:

“Oops. Your Internet account must be linked to your MyBell to log in to the app.”

I am pretty sure the WiFi app uses information from MyBell to access functionality of your router.

Apparently it takes a few days for the details to show up on your MyBell account. You have a MyBell account I am assuming?

If not, you will likely need one to manage your Bell services. Take a look here for creating a MyBell account if you do not have one already: MyBell registration

Thanks for the reply. I ended up contacting customer support and indeed it will apparently take 10-12 days to “verify” my account and link it or something.

Not a great first impression and seems like an overly complicated process… I was able to connect to 192.168.2.1 to directly change my password at least.

When I log in to wifi app it take me to my bell. What do I do from there

The Bell Wi-Fi App lets you control, manage and monitor your home Wi-Fi network from anywhere at any time.

You can use the app to install your pods, manage any connected devices, run speed tests, and pause internet access.

Logging into the Bell Wi-Fi App

1. Type in your MyBell username and password.
2. Select your internet service between Wireless Home Internet or Bell Fibe Internet. If you are unsure, check your Internet package details.
3. Select your region between: Ontraio or Quebec, Atlantic or Manitoba
4. Touch Log in.

Note: Touch Forgot password if you are having issues logging in to reset your MyBell credentials.
