I have reinstalled driver and printer works with USB cable direct connection BUT the Fibe WIFI network does not find the printer - the printer status is OFF-LINE when I try to print from Word
The printer worked fine wirelessly with my old internet connection and router.
Any suggestions?

Your printer may be hanging onto old wifi settings. I see that there's a section on wireless network setup, in the manual. You could work your way through the setup, which should reset settings from your old connection.
