emails from web server not forwarding to bell email address

Hello, I have contacted by phone Bell support and they have not been able to help me. I use various email addresses connected to my web server at dreamhost.com and they are not forwarding these mails to my bell main email address. Dreamhost says the problem is not at their end and claim that Bell is at fault. I have a listing of what they found.

I am not sure if it is appropriate to ask this on this forum but I am at a loss on who and where at Bell I can get some help.

Can you help? Thanks,

So to be clear: Dreamhost.com is web hosting your domain, and they also host your domain email. You have several discrete mailboxes. You configured a domain email rule to automatically forward all incoming mail to your bbell email address.

So email addressed to jjack@yourdomain.com, or any other prefix @yourdomain.com, auto-forwards to jjack@(whatever the bell domain email host is called). Correct?

I don't see how this is Bell's problem. Their email servers should route inbound email to a validated Bell subscriber, unless it's misconfigured, deemed blacklisted, etc.

Does Dreamhost have proof that email is being auto-forwarded but is being rejected by Bell?

Finally, has this ever worked properly and then stopped working?

You could try forwarding to a completely different domain (such as @gmail.com) and see if that works to try to validate if it's unique to Bell or not. That doesn't entirely rule out the problem being with Dreamhost, but it could rule out the issue being Bell (if going to Gmail also doesn't work).
