Good Day.

This is a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account, billing & equipment records.

Bell does not provide tracking or any kind of surveillance perse. If you are the account owner for your mobility services, then you have access to view the usage details that Bell stores for Data, Voice, long distance & text usage on your MyBell account for each of your Mobile services. Select > Usage.

You can verify if all of your services are listed on your MyBell account. If they are not listed on MyBell & are billed separately, then you will need to merge your mobility services by adding each service to your MyBell account.

To do so, open any web browser & Login to your MyBell account.

Next, go to this web page & follow the steps as shown for linking your Mobility account in MyBell:

How to add another account to MyBell

Once completed, you will be able to view all of your services & pay all of your accounts from one location using One Bill. You will also be able set up method of payment, auto billing payment, look at your history, account information, etc.

Consolidating a Bell Mobility account into One Bill is subject to multiple conditions. These include:

  1. Consumer accounts only (Small Business Mobility cannot consolidate on One Bill)
  2. Not in Collections
  3. Not on a Credit limit / Security Deposit
  4. If the two accounts have different names, a transfer of responsibility is required.

In addition, if you meet all eligibility conditions, it will take two billing cycles for the process to be completed.

Have you contacted Bell Mobility Customer Service & explained to them just exactly what you are wishing to set up?

Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Take care.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

I am not sure I completely understand your question & the purpose of your request to set up a tracking app on your family phones. Please provide further information.

We do not have access to your account & billing information on the Bell Community Forum.

Bell does not provide tracking or kind of surveillance perse. If you are the account owner for your mobility services, then you have access to view the usage details that Bell stores for Data, Voice, long distance & text usage on your MyBell account for each of your Mobile services. Select > Usage.

If you are wanting to share data between mobility phones, then you will need to set up a family share group. All of the members of the group would need to have a mobility share plan & you would need to add them to your group.

If you are looking to merge all of the accounts into One Bill for payment, then you can do so on MyBell by adding each service to your MyBell account.

I would like to assist you, but I am somewhat limited in what i can suggest based on the information you have provided.

Have you contacted Bell Mobility Customer Service & explained to them just exactly what you are wishing to set up?

Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Take care.
