Why can't I add Roam better to my account if I want to go to Europe - says I can only use it in the US.

If you can provide us with further specific details, we will try to help you.
Which Bell mobility plan do you subscribe to? Roaming services are available to customers on most monthly plans. Customers with Prepaid plans are unable to make use of roaming services.
If you wish to add Roam Better and / or use any of your mobility services outside of Canada, you may need to change your mobility plan. E.g. Pre-paid to a monthly post-paid plan.
If you wish, you can login to your MyBell account & verify that your account allows for Roaming to be added on to your service. If your plan allows for Roaming, you can use roaming immediately.
To get Roam Better, with home data, simply text ROAM to 8000 or add Roam Better in MyBell.
To remove Roam Better, simply text REMOVEROAM to 8000 or remove it in MyBell.
