Hi there, @Bobmom. Welcome to the Bell Community.
For the Community to be better able to assist you, could you please provide further details as to the issues you're experiencing?
Do keep in mind that many factors can limit signal strength; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, types of buildings in your area, etc.
- Have you tried changing the network settings in your phone?
- Do you know of anyone else in the area having similar issues?
- Have you tried using Wi-Fi calling
where available? - What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
- Have you gotten in touch with our technical support team to open a ticket?
You may also find our How To article Troubleshooting voice calls on your Bell Mobility phone
helpful. We'd also recommend checking out our How To article on Troubleshooting data connectivity on your Bell Mobility phone
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I’m literally across the street from the cell tower and getting 3G service. It’s time Bell upgraded this tower.

Not sure if this thread had anything to do with this but I noticed bell crews working on this tower and now I have 5G+ service. Just wish it was a stronger signal.

I live in Dartmouth, NS. I lose 5G and LTE coverage when I'm in my apartment building (including my apartment itself) and at some other spots along my street. I have a max of 1 bar at any given time. There are at least 3-4 towers around me on different buildings within a couple of kilometers at most. I have switched SIM cards, tried different phones, and adjusted settings on my phones, but no luck. I use call over wifi, but that is not an ideal solution, especially during hurricane season and during winter power outages. Any suggestions on other options to try would be really appreciated.
