I got a new phone with the 100g of data plan, previously on my old plan I was able to purchase more data if needed, I had 25g unlimited but could buy more if I wanted, now with 100g of unlimited I can no longer purchase additional data and am forced to deal with bell throttling my internet…seems pretty prejudicial as hell is now deciding what I can and can not purchase, even though my partner can purchase additional data and she is still on the old plan as she has not upgraded and is now researching other providers….I think it’s time to buy out my contract and go to a different provider.

As you have an Unlimited plan, you would indeed be unable to purchase additional data. Additional data was offered as a means to prevent overage charges; with Unlimited plans, there are no data overages.
If you're unsatisfied with the amount of data in your plan or find yourself regularly running out, we'd recommend looking into upgrading your plan on MyBell

I have additional 95 dollars due to Data usage on one of my accounts for some reason. If they don’t figure that out soon I’ll do the same.
