Same in Ottawa and Gatineau. I am 16 days customer with less than 10% of the official internet speed that they advertise.

I understand what you're saying and it make a lot of sense but the thing is it's I call I complain and after one month of them trying to figure it out what was the issue they fixed it. I'm still at 800 m of a tower but now I have good signal. It's just that they did something with the antenna. Me and a lot of other user in my area add issue and now they fix it. It's not about the building or the roof. I was outside adding 2 Mbps of download and now I'm at almost 300 at the same spot. They need to fix all their Tower simple!

Thanks for your comment. It appears the issue was fixed for you. Cell service has many variables. All customers can do is express their concerns.

If there is a known issue and keeping customer satisfaction, lower cost of operation by eliminating unnecessary support calls and customer retention would it not be in the favour of Bell to deploy a fix to all customers?
Thanks,
