Glitch to upgrade device

I'm trying to upgrade my device for a new Sansung S25 Ultra 512Gb, but after select the phone model, all the new plans, the app show that I choose the 256Gb model... Why nobody fix this glitch???? Is happening this since last Friday

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

I've tested it on my end as a new activation and also as a hardware upgrade request and the pre-order details are correct in both instances. 

You can try the following; 

  • Clear your browsers cookies and cache and try again. 
  • Log out fully from MyBell and log back in.
  • If using the mobile app, clear the apps cache and try again.
  • Try using a different browser.

 If after you tested the above and the issue persists, please provide the following;

  • How are you attempting to complete the pre-order?
  • Which color are you attempting to select?
  • Have you tried completing the pre-order with a representative?

Hi, thanks for reply. But I gave up to upgrade from bell and bought the phone from samsung.... But thank you so much!!!

Had the same problem on the app. kept defaulting to the 256gb version when confirming order. had to order on the website.

I have the same issue. Tried multiple colors but when I review and submit order it reverts to 256gb every time.
