We're still unsure of what you mean by your request, however if you're referring to two separate phone numbers on your account, it isn't possible to mirror the text messages and emails from one service to another even if they're both on the same account.

To receive the emails, you simply need to log in the same email account on both phones.

Good Day.

Thank you for posting your question. Your question is somewhat ambiguous. Please clarify what you have now & what you wish to do?

As a starting point, you cannot move device app usage between devices. You can set up & use the same email account on more than one device. You cannot receive call & text history on two separate devices with unique phone numbers.

If you have two separate numbers on two separate devices registered on the same MyBell account, you can view the call time, text & data usage history by logging in to your MyBell account & selecting each service.

Device app usage is not tracked on MyBell, nor can it be moved from one device to another. If you plan on changing or upgrading your device, you can move the SIM from one device to another. Your call time, text & data usage is maintained & will transfer with the SIM to the new device.

Let us know if we can provide you any further assistance.

Take care.

I have given my child the cell phone to use and I am concerned he was deleting messages and phone calls. And talking to someone he shouldn't have been talking to
