I think one option is to add my Friend's Phone Number to my Contact List.
Anything else my Friend(Canadian resident) can do at their end, so when I receive a phone call, their name will be displayed instead of "Suspected Spam" ?

That will work. If you block their number on your device by accident, you will need to unblock it in order to receive their calls. If you block their calls they will end up in your in your voicemail box.
You should also verify that they have turned on caller ID in their Phone settings on their mobile device
Enjoy.
Take care.

That is not something that can be completed on the Bell Community Forum. You can try calling Bell Business Services. Their general enquiry number: 1 800 668-6878 .
Here is a link to their web site: Contact Us | Small Business | Bell Canada
The only quick fix for you is knowing all of the company numbers that would be used to call you & adding them to your contacts.
You could also change your settings in your phone to hear all calls instead of silencing them. Making this change would also open up the door to receiving all callers including spam calls as well.
Take care.

I have the same problem when I get a call from my Company Phone Numbers. How can I add my Company to your database so any calls coming from my Company Phone / Microsoft Teams are not marked as Spam. Need your help as soon as possible. Thank You.
