The community being a peer to peer assistance channel, it will be hard to determine the cause as we do not have access to your account.
However, the following may be the cause;
- You have roaming restrictions on your account
- You do not have call forwarding as a feature on your plan
- Your account may be suspended
As for your voicemail, you can simply call your cellphone from any other line and hit the # key once the voicemail recording starts and it will ask you for your pin and from there you can listen to your voicemails.
