Invalid tracking number for new phone

I ordered a new phone and the Canada Post tracking number they gave me is invalid. It's only 8 digits long. Canada Post tracking numbers are 13-16 digits so it's not even a valid format. I've waited over a week and no phone has shown up in the mail. Has this happened to anyone else? Is my phone even coming?

Hi @BellAntgio , yes in the end my new phone came yesterday. The tracking number on the package was completely different from the one that Bell originally gave me, so I'm not sure what went wrong there, but it all worked out in the end thankfully.
