Low Quality Videos via MSM

When I receive videos and multiple images via text, they are always a reduced quality; this was the circumstance on my previous device and I have tried multiple messaging apps. I have reviewed setting to ensure there are no maximum size limitations, and videos continue to come in at a reduce size/quality. 
Device: Galaxy S21 FE 5G
App: Google Messages

What can I do to receive videos (and multiple images in one msm) at the sent quality?
