I have just purchased a Lenovo tablet. It’s running android 14 OS. MyBell app won’t run on this tablet. Yet Bell Fibe TV does.

It's designed for phones, not tablets. I run it fine on Android 15 on a phone.
If you look in the Google App Store it will show if it's compatible with your device or not.

Good Day.
Which Lenova tablet did you purchase? Have you checked that your device OS & apps are up to date? Is the app even available for you to download from the app store? If so, have you removed the app, reinstalled it & rebooted your tablet? Have you checked out the app requirements for your tablet? You may also need to contact Lenova support for further direction.
If your device is not compatible with the MyBell app, there is another alternative that will allow you to access all of the features & benefits of the MyBell app.
You can access your MyBell account using any web browser that is available on your tablet.
- Open up any web browser.
