New phone delivered today

After many issues with UPSvabd the delivery of the new s23 ultra. The new phone showed ip today. So excited i I open it up to check it out. Only to find the back screen is cracked. What should I do. The last experience delivery went terrible. I really would like to have a non broken phone when I open the box I've been trying to get ahold of your care center but not successful! Please help me find prompt resolution on this matter..

You'll need to return the phone to the original point of sale, which in your case would mean shipping it back to us.
