Can't send emails from the US but I can receive on my Samsung

Can receive emails on my Samsung S22 but can't send, I'm  in the South Carolina

In order for the Community to be able to help, more details will be needed;

  • Which email service are you referring to (Bell webmail, Gmail, Hotmail, etc)?
  • Are you using an app or via your mobile browser? If you're using an app, have you tried the mobile browser?
  • Are you noticing issues with any other service on your phone?
  • Is the issue happening while on Wi-Fi or regular network or both?
  • Did you add Roam BetterOpens in a new tab or window?
  • What error message are you receiving?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you completed?
