Paperwork after upgrading online.

I just upgraded online and now have received the paperwork in the mail. I thought everything had been finished online, do I need to sign these papers and send them in or are they just for my records?

Good Day.

We do not access to your account details the Bell Community Forum.

Can you elaborate on the paperwork that you just received? Without seeing the correspondence that was sent to you, I can only speculate on what Bell sent to you in the mail.

Bell would normally send you a confirmation email on the changes that you have made in your mobility Service Agreement. This appears to have been mailed to you in lieu of an email as a confirmation for the change to your Service Agreement. Have you registered your email address on MyBell?

You can find Bell Terms of service here: Personal terms of service.

Mobility Agreement

You need to Login to MyBell using a Web browser. Once you are logged in you should be able to see all of your services that are connected to MyBell on the main page! E.g. Mobile, TV, Internet Home phone.....

There are two method from the main MyBell home page to reach your MyBell profile. In either case, you need to be able to sign in using a web browser!

If you do not see your mobile number & account, then it is not connected to MyBell. If you do see it listed on the left side of the screen, then on the top right corner of the main MyBell  screen, you will see your name. You can select & scroll down per my instructions or once again on the MyBell main screen, in the blue area you will see My Profile with a downward arrow. > Select this & scroll down to MyBell profile > Select this & follow my instructions.

Instructions

Your mobile agreement is located in MyBell > My Profile > Service profiles > Mobile > View Bell mobility agreements. (Top right side of page below your mobile number.)

Take care.

Thanks for your help. I followed your directions and found the Service Agreements on the Bell site, and they are exactly the same as the docs I received in the mail. There is a place for my signature and a sales consultants signature on one of the forms (as there is on the web form) but no indication they want the forms back. I'm guessing these are just for my records and I need do nothing else with them?

Good Day.

That is correct. Nothing more to do except "Enjoy".

Take care.
