I continue to experience signal degradation in West Lorne. The signal at best hits 1 to bars of LTE but quickly drops back to 1 to bars of H+.
This despite the area being identified as 5G coverage on your coverage map.
I recently switched to an S23 Ultra, but had the same issue with an iPhone 12 pro.
What is the process to get someone from Bell to look at the coverage issue?

Hey there @ET90 ,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
Signal strength can be affected by many different factors, such as topography, line of sight to towers, amount of users on the network, etc.
For the Community to be able to assist, more details will be needed;
- Is the issue only happening indoors, outdoors or both?
- When did you notice the issue started?
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
- Is your phone updated to it's latest OS version?
- Which network is selected in your network settings?
- Have you contacted our technical support team to verify your concern and open a ticket if needed?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Botth indoors and outdoors - When did you notice the issue started?
When I moved to the area 2 years ago - Is your phone updated to it's latest OS version?
Yes, both iPhone 12 and Samsung S23 Ultra are on latest OS and all updates are applied - Which network is selected in your network settings?
Auto (connecting to Bell) - Have you contacted our technical support team to verify your concern and open a ticket if needed?
This is what I am asking about the process to do this.
