Hi, I was just wondering if I can transfer my line (Primary) to other network provider since my plan is due to end this month but I still have 1 active plan?

Without knowing all of the specifics, you may be able to port your number to another carrier. You'll need to initiate the transfer through your new provider, and they will handle the process of canceling your Bell service and transferring your number.

Please check out the terms and conditions as outlined in your mobility agreement. If you have any additional questions, you should contact Bell Customer Service by calling:  1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.

Take care.

Good morning, @2 in 1 Account. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.

@WelshTerrier is correct. 🙂

I did want to add as well that if you port out your primary line from your Bell Mobility account with additional lines remaining still with Bell, the next line down will automatically become the primary line instead. This will generally have no effect on you or your account, however if you're receiving offers such as multi-line discounts, the primary line cannot have the offer applied and effectively acts as an "anchor" for the others to receive the offer in question.

Please note that as the Bell Community is a peer-to-peer Support channel, we cannot confirm this in regards to your account specifically.

Let us know if you have any further questions. Best wishes.
