Location rural north of Orillia. We have been in present location for 6 years without any reception problems. However, during the the previous few months reception has declined dramatically and is very intermittent. There are 3 Bell users and we can no longer get reliable reception inside the house, outside service has declined but is available constantly. What has changed that has caused such a decline?
They are in the midst of running fiber optic services to the area, any connection?

Hi @CJ1862
Welcome to the Community.
Many factors can limit signal strength, especially if you're indoors, other factors are topography, environmental conditions and line of sight to towers.
As you've shared that reception is unreliable indoors, a great feature to activate would be our Wi-Fi calling
Do you mind sharing which phone and OS you have?
When you're connected are you on 5G, 4G/LTE or 3G?

What kind of phone do you have?. I have been finding issues with all providers. Bells been more consistent for me then some of my client on other carriers.
I found that newer phones all have been having a stupid issue with connections, I found going into network settings, network operators and turning select automatically off then selecting bell and waiting for it to re-register and connect and turning that setting back on seems fix something for a while. Its not just bell phones either rogers, freedom, telus..etc they all seem to have a hand off issue but I believe its software issue on certain phones.
