SIM card delivery

My SIM card was not delivered as my place of address is in a new build and there are not currently house numbers installed. Could you please arrange to have my package held at Purolator for me to pick up?

I will assume you ordered your replacement SIM card online from Bell Mobility & that you received a notification regarding its delivery date & the carrier being Purolator. I will assume, that you provided Bell Mobility with a delivery address.

Purolator will attempt to deliver this & contact you. Failing this, a notice of delivery will be left advising where the shipment is being held for pickup. Your shipment will be held by Purolator at a shipping location for a maximum of 5 business days. For alternate arrangements, you will need to contact them on Chat or by calling them. If it it is undeliverable, the package is returned to the sender, in this case, Bell Mobility.

I would suggest you contact Purolator ASAP & provide them with your delivery information & alternate pickup arrangements. Their contact number is: 1 888 SHIP-123
