I have a USA Canada plan roam as if home. Why cannot call home? What does it mean it's not registered

- Where are you located when trying to make the call?
- Have you tried to manually connect to a local network via your network settings (if you're outside of Canada)? If unsure how check out Learn how to use and troubleshoot your Bell Mobility device.
