Good day
I live on Wilson line north west of Springfield Ontario and as I write this my signal is at one bar at is under 3G. I just received a notice from Bell that 5G is now faster wow that's awesome but what about the rural people that can get only 2bars on less that 3G? I have been a Bell customer for many many years I don't like this at all the only reason why I use Bell is because they are Canadian or started out that way. And when I get to a more populated area the speed is incredible. The guys at the white oaks mall are some of the best around.
What is Bell doing to help the farmers and the rural population with the lack of signal?
I have had calls drop in mid conversation something that has been unheard of for about 20 years. I even said to put up a tower on my farm! There a few around me but just not what I need
Regards
Very frustrated customer

Hey there @Michaelb,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
Topography, environmental conditions and line of sight to towers can affect signal strength.
When facing network issues, there are a few troubleshooting steps to complete:
- Make sure your device is updated to it's latest version.
- Assure your SIM card is not damaged in any way.
If the issue is mainly happening indoors, a great feature to activate would be our Wi-Fi calling
Give that a try and let us know how it goes.
