Received a new S24 Ultra. Cannot get my work email to work on my new phone. All the incoming and out going server setting are entered the same as my S21. But no luck. Bell isn't any help either? Or everyone I spoke to don't know who I should contact.

If you are trying to set up a company Pop3 Email account on your Samsung, I would start by contacting the I.T. department for your company & verifying the server settings.
Once you have everything, then I have attached a web link that will walk you through the POP3 setup for the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

I tried this. First it said security not guaranteed. I went back and selected none. Cannot connect to server. Email security not guaranteed?
