Sms retention

Hi, I have a friend who will often turn off their phone for long periods of time (ie. weeks or more) and also has message receipts disabled. Both my friend and myself are on bell mobility. I was wondering how long do my messages exist before they become undeliverable.

If a messages can not be delivered when sent for any number of reasons, Bell Mobility does not maintain a storage system for later SMS text delivery.

You can try calling your friend & leaving a voicemail or sending an email? If your friend blocks you, then that is whole other different story.

Take care.
