Text and calls not working

I recently switched from lucky to bell, and it was successful at first, now this a.m I'm having problems with the services, text calls, and I've tried resetting my phone. Never had these issues with lucky. I would post screen shots but cannot.

We wanted to check in if you were still having issues with your service. If so, could you elaborate as to what you would have liked to have shown in your screenshots? Otherwise, have you taken the time to speak to our Tech Support team and open a ticket?
