Text usage - pay per use with a red exclamation mark

Hi. I new in Canada and in Bell. In my account, in the text messages section, there is a line "text usage. pay for use" with a red exclamation mark. I did not send messages outside of Canada

You do not necessarily need to text outside of Canada to be charged for text messaging. Certain numbers known as short codes are determined whether or not to be free on a case by case basis. 

Additionally, please bear in mind that as the Bell Community is a peer-to-peer support channel, we're unable to comment or provide insight as to the specific circumstances of charges to your bill.

the fact of the matter is, besides texting two more Bell subscribers, I haven't sent messages to anyone else.

Hi, 

I received two charges for a pay per use text, I have an unlimited text plan. Also— I can’t find the texts in any of my phone history. 

Where do these come from? Could it have been a spam text? Do you get charged for spam?

same here!! I have unlimited texting and am getting a pay per usage notification!! Like .!?!??

Same. I thought initially it was texting my buddy in the states, but I've only got 8 charges and I texted him hundreds of times the past month, so that's not it. And when I go through my texts, I have no texts that match the dates and times where I got charged! It's very frustrating!
