LTE outages and dead spots

LTE outages and dead spots, notably in Dorval near 200 boulvard bouchard. Can anyone advise please?

As the Community is a peer to peer assistance channel, some extra details will be needed in order to best assist;

  • Are you noticing the issue occurring while being indoors, outdoors or both? 
  • Is the issue occurring while using a Bluetooth device?
  • How many signal bars do you see on your screen when experiencing the issue?
  • Is your network settings set to 5G, 4G/LTE, Auto, etc?
  • Have you tried to restart your phone to see if it resolves the issue? If the restart doesn't help, you can also manually reset your phones network settings as well.
  • What other troubleshooting steps have you tried?
  • Have you noticed the issue occurring anywhere else?

My phone and internet doesn't work also
