Unwanted voice mail

I keep getting a blank voicemail from a telephone number which I have blocked.  How can I stop this from happening, it happens several times a day every day.

Hey there @Philraj , 

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post. 

That would depend on your phones settings. Bell as a phone provider does not have the ability to limit or stop a caller from calling you and/or leaving you a voicemail. 

Check out your phones user guide to see if it is possible to reject not only calls, but messages as well.

Sorry, but WHAT?  Does the voicemail not reside on Bell's systems? How can the phone's settings block a voicemail if it does not go through the phone?
