Hi there, @Ash110. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.
Could you please clarify as to what exactly it is you're trying to accomplish?
If you're simply meaning to move SIMs between phones, this can be completed independently and at any time of your choosing. It's recommended that you keep in mind that the phone number is linked to the SIM card, and thus the relevant plan is attached to the phone number in turn. As such, both users who had swapped SIM cards would need to be aware of their new number and different plan in this case.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Upgraded today but used new phone for another line as that phone is being fixed. Planned on swapping SIM once I got it back but looks like it auto connect by esim. Now I have to figure out how to get the old phone back with the old SIM. Any ideas?

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
The information you have provided is somewhat confusing. Did you purchase a new device from Bell? The SIM from phone that is being repaired, did you install it in the new phone or leave it in the phone that is out for repair? Do you have more than one Bell mobility phone lines?
You can transfer your eSIM to a Sim or vice versa by logging in to your MyBell account with any web browser. There is no charge for you to do this online. There is a charge if you contact Bell & wish for them to do this for you.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community.
Please confirm the following:
- You have filed a claim, Smart/Phone Care plan, with Asurion Customer Service.
- You are awaiting the shipping & delivery of your replacement phone.
- You still have your previous spare mobile device & you would like to use this in the interim.
If this is the case, you can simply move SIMs between phones. This can be completed at any time of your choosing. You should keep in mind that the phone number is linked to the SIM card, and thus the relevant plan is attached to the phone number in turn.
