i am facing serious issue with my Bell mobile service. I am using a Redmi Note 10 Pro, and since February 10, I have been unable to make or receive voice calls. However, my mobile data and SMS are working fine. its 4G phone and its working fine before without any issues.

Thank you for your question. Did you purchase this phone through Bell or did you bring it to Bell yourself? I note that the phone is no longer supported by the manufacturer. The issue might be with the phone itself, as possibly as a Bell issue.

Thanks for the update. I can't comment on why it worked and then didn't. I googled the phone by name and discovered that the manufacturer has discontinued support for the phone. Phones are designed for specific markets, as cell frequencies differ. The Redmi Note 10 Pro appears to be sold in China, India and the Philippines and may not be designed for Canada. Unfortunately I can't say much more than that.

I purchased my phone independently, not from Bell. It was working fine until February 10th, and I did not receive any notification that it was no longer supported.
