Hello there,
I have been at Canada like skilled worker and have contract with Bell Mobility until May 2024. I’m living at Europe right now and I lost my SIM card few months ago… after many requests for replacement finally I got new SIM card and NOBODY can’t activated my services! Via chat, via phone, via mail. I spend $60 every month and my services is down.
+you must pay for international call of course! Anyway… what the guys there can do?! if the activation process is impossible 😄
When I call to the Bell international phone number for support, the girl there can’t verify my identity and invite me to the ,,near” Bell store for more help. By the way my nearest Bell store is probably 6500 km away…
It’s 21 century! Thanks Bell! I’m yours until May 24.

If your phone or SIM card is lost or stolen while you're travelling, you should report it immediately to Bell Mobility customer service to avoid fraudulent charges. You can call us free of charge using these methods: From a Bell mobile phone: +1 514 420-7748
If you have already reported the lost or stolen SIM card & you have received a new Bell SIM card to replace a lost, stolen or defective card, you need to transfer your Bell Mobility service to the new card. You can do this quickly and easily through MyBell.
You can do this by logging in to MyBell on the internet from any location that has secure access.
Before you begin, please take note of the 20-digit number printed on the SIM card.
- Using MyBell, update your SIM card on your account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer.
- Insert the new SIM card into the phone.
Your service has been transferred and is ready to use.

If you receive a new SIM card (outside of Canada) and insert it into your cellphone (outside of Canada) how can you activate this new SIM card (while outside of Canada and not on the Bell Mobility network)? Is it possible? If so, how?
