Hi there, @Dodgeram345. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.
There was a known issue over this most recent weekend with Wi-Fi Calling for certain existing users, producing an error as you describe. Had you previously spoken to Tech Support to open a ticket for investigation to confirm if the issue you had been experiencing is the same? If so, have you since followed up with Tech Support and/or tried setting Wi-Fi Calling up on your phone again?
Looking forward to hearing back from you, and let us know if you were still in need of assistance.

Bell escalation just repeated the steps. I called Apple Support. While they said this is a Bell issue, because they’re providing the WiFi calling and the forms, they did resolve the problem. Even though Canada was the only country option, I had to click on it and get a check mark before clicking OK. It’s connected now.

When I try to enable WiFi calling on my iPhone 12 (iOS 26.2) and I input my emergency address, it won’t let me fill in the country and save. I get a pop-up with Canada (correct) as the only option, then I hit OK (tried more than 10 times), but the country doesn’t fill in.
I’ve rebooted my phone and called tech “support.” They opened a ticket and said it would take three to five business days (?!) for an “investigation” and callback. I’m at home, two metres from my Bell modem, good WiFi signal (but only two bars on cellular signal).
