Hi, I recently had an issue with voicemail transcription not working on my iPhone. I called tech support and they seemed unaware that this feature existed or was supposed to be included in iPhone visual voicemail. I was bounced between Bell and Apple support until an Apple technician finally fixed my issue after many hours. Can you please document this feature under the iPhone visual voicemail add-on and add support articles regarding its usage and troubleshooting?
