Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Thank you for posting your question.

Is this a first-time occurrence? Is this a new device recently purchased from Bell Mobility? Can you please provide us with further information?

To fix an unresponsive black screen, have you tried charging it for at least 30 minutes with a different cord & charger? Have you tried to restart your device? If this doesn't work, please do a force restart. To do this, simultaneously press and hold the Power button and Volume Up button until the screen turns black, then release the buttons, and your phone should automatically reboot.

If the issue persists, the phone may have a hardware problem and you may need to contact the supplier of your device. If purchased from Bell Mobility, please call: 1 800 667-0123  or if more convenient visit a Bell store for further diagnosis and assistance.

Let us know if you require further help.

Take care.
