How can I add my spouses name to the account ownership. They are already the contact person but their name does not reflect on the bill. Thanks.

Hi there @JUD1. Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Bell Community.
The authorized user (contact user) is able to discuss the account, and make changes. However, their name will not be listed on the monthly invoice.
If you do wish to transfer the ownership into their name check out this thread Procedure to change the account ownership?
for details on how to proceed.
