Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Yes, you can continue to use your contact information.

After cancelling all of your father's services, did you cancel his MyBell account? If not you can do so now by following the instructions I have included in this link:

How to create or change a My Bell profile : Creating a MyBell profile

Do you have any Bell services at this time? If so, you can open a MyBell account and add these services to this account.  Registration - Bell.ca

If you do not have any Bell services, then you will need to speak to a Bell Customer Services representative by calling: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.

The representative will assist you in establishing the services you wish to subscribe to. Once completed, you will be able to add your services to your MyBell account.  Registration - Bell.ca

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out once again.

Take care.

Thank you for your question. Neither a previous phone number nor e-mail address are available to you if you have cancelled all your Bell services. Bell holds your old number for a certain number of months and then makes it available for assignment to a new customer. Bell no longer offers e-mail services to new customers so it is no longer available to anyone.

They are not bell services. I provided my phone number and email to bell when my father opened the account. Now the services of his account are canceled but I need to use my contact information to open a account for myself

I am sorry but I did not understand your question. There should be no reason why you can’t use your own non-Bell phone number and e-mail address to open a new account, if you have control of them.
