Hi y'all, I am inquiring about the steps I need to take in order to get the right name of someone who's under my account. They misspelled/put in their name when we set it up 3 years ago. How do I go about fixing that?

Good Day.
Please elaborate. Is the account in your name? A spelling error is one thing. A name change or an account ownership change is something completely different.
- Are you talking about an authorized contact? A person who will be allowed to make changes to your service over the phone. If this is the case, you can make this change by logging in to your MyBell web account. Select your Billing profile and Edit the authorized Contact name.
- If you are wishing to change an account name: How to change the name on my Bell Mobility account?
- Mobility ownership: How to change ownership of my mobile phone : Monthly plans (bell.ca)
- Home account: How to transfer my Bell Home phone number to someone else
- If the change you are wishing to make does not fall in to any of the above change categories, then I would suggest that you contact Bell Customer Service for further assistance & direction.

The Wrong name was typed in when we first became customers. I don't know how they Input the wrong name or why no one noticed. But the name they put is their middle name and not their first name. It's caused some problems recently. Trying to.upgrsde and what not

Have you had a chance to view the name change & ownership information included on the web links in my earlier reply? If the suggestions & links I included do not meet your special situation, I would suggest that you contact Bell Customer Service for further direction & assistance.
Have you discussed this with Bell Customer Services? If not, then you should do so.
