Does Message Center/VM cost $$ now?

I was looking at changing my rate plan, but when comparing my current plan to the new ones, I noticed none of them have voice mail listed. I found Call Center listed as a paid add-on, and the message-to-text as a paid add-on as well.
So either we pay for voicemail or it's not available at all?

No, voicemail / Message Centre are not charged features. When reviewing your plan options in MyBell, you can select "More details" on the side for a complete breakdown as to what is and isn't included in the plan. As an example, this is where you would be able to tell if voicemail is included in a plan or not.

As for message-to-text, Voicemail via MMS is a free feature provided to Bell users who choose to opt in. You can check out our Support page on Voicemail via MMS for more details and how to opt in. If you're an iPhone user, you can also set up iOS Live Voicemail if your phone has been updated to iOS 17.
